Inglot's New Brow Shaping Pencil

Inglot's newest product: Three Brow Shaping Pencils

Sadly, I missed Inglot's grand opening of their new dedicated Pro store on South Anne Street, just off Grafton Street, Dublin.  For personal reasons I just couldn't make it on the night.  I am still looking forward to popping in to have a nose around, hopefully this week or next.  In the meantime, I wanted to just post about their newest product for all you brow-obsessed fans.

Personally, I have some thirty or so "items brow-related".  Not including just standard eyeshadow etc (I have a MAC palette I've put together full of shades I use just for brows).  If I have no time for any makeup at all whatsoever, I will throw a brow pencil, a mascara and some concealer (usually this one) into my bag and find five minutes to apply them, someone along the journey.  If I have zero time, I'll just grab a brow pencil!

This new pencil from Inglot is a long-lasting one and slightly thicker than the ones I generally use for everyday quick use (either Clinique's Superfine Liner for Eyes or MAC's Eye Brows), but it does comes with a sharpener to get it to a nice point when it starts to blunt down, and a thicker nib helps you throw your brows together more quickly (especially if you're going for the Just-Won't-Go-Away stronger bushier brow).  It's a twisty-uppy one (my favourite type!) and according to Inglot, is designed specifically for brow shaping rather than strong colouring-in <- ignore that, you can use it for both :-)

Inglot Brow Shaping Pencils - the shades

It comes in three different shades and should be good if you like a more natural look to your brows.  As per usual, it's a good idea to go a shade slightly lighter than you think you need for your brows as, while they shape your face nicely, they can overwhelm it if you go too dark (I rarely ever have needed to use the darkest shade of eyebrow pencil in my stash on anyone, unless I'm creating ombré brows for example).

Featuring avocado butter and vitamin E to hydrate and nourish, along with strong antioxidant and anti-bacterial ingredients (always a good idea along your brow line, which can be a funny mix of dry along the top of the brow and oily right underneath).  The price is €14 and it has been available in all Inglot stores since the end September.
