* The reason that I won't use drugstore brands on a client is sometimes down to the fact that I know a more expensive brand will last longer, or because I've tried and tested it on many skin types and age groups, whereas I may not have used a cheaper brand on enough clients to know if it will suit. Sometimes the "finish quality" of higher end products is just that bit better. And sometimes it's down to nothing more than perception - for most people who visit a makeup artist, they want to have "big name" products on their face that they maybe couldn't otherwise afford themselves. That said, I have used all of these products above in my own makeup and can vouch for their quality and efficacy.
